Under North Dakota State Century Code and Stark County local ordinances, a tattoo studio must maintain a sterile, distraction-free environment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure client safety. While minors aged 16 and older are permitted in the studio for their own scheduled procedures alongside a parent or legal guardian, younger children or unattended minors are not allowed in the facility. Because artists work with sharp tools and permanent ink, sudden movements or loud noises pose a direct safety risk; therefore, we ask that you arrange for off-site childcare prior to your appointment to remain in full compliance with local laws and shop rules

Shop Minimum: The absolute minimum price for any tattoo session is $100.
